This beautiful Australian made scarf features artwork by Tom Avery who lives on the South coast of NSW. It is made from 100% pure silk.The artwork depicts native Australian animals.The fine line artwork of this Aboriginal design is printed and hand painted on long lengths of pure white silk. The individually painted silk lengths are then steamed in an autoclave to make the colours `fast` [permanent] and give added brilliance to the colours. After washing and ironing the brilliantly coloured silks are individually cut and sewn with a fine rolled hem which matches the scarf`s colour.Please note that these scarves are individually made and colours do vary.We will match your scarf colour as near as possible to the image shown, but variations do occur.A perfect Australian made gift.Dimensions- 1650 mm x 280 mm
